Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged product upon delivery (with photo proof within 48 hours)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to dropshipping logistics, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, delays, or minor product differences.

3. Refunds

Once the issue is confirmed and approved, a full or partial refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
